| It was a dark and stormy night. Two days after a lone Idaho resident had returned from Generation Joshua Camp. It had been a week since she had been home. A week. And her email inbox was already full. She was scrolling through the many emails when she happened upon a email from a unknown sender...Through Xanga. Who could it be? It turned out to be an old friend of hers. A Army Ranger, working his way through collage and ROTC. But it was not the friendly email she expected. It was quite the opposite. It related second-hand information that was altogether sickening. It used words like "traitor", and called her the most appalling name; "Benedict". The Idahoan sat shocked at this outburst. Could it be? No, it couldn't possibly. The Army Ranger had always been the picture of civility. A true American. But this? Could he stoop that low? Could anyone? She related the email to a friend, asking for advice on how to respond to such a vicious email. But all said the same: It was time to call for the Stomattas. To be continued. |
